INJUSTICE: A Nigerian Student tortured to death in Malaysia

      KUALA LUMPUR, March 31 (Bernama) -- A Nigerian, who was allegedly assaulted by a group of Rela personnel for reportedly outraging the modesty of a woman at a condominium in Hulu Langat near here today, died at a medical centre.

He was identified as Onochie Martins Nwankro, 35, a student at a private college here.

The police have detained seven Rela members, in their 20s, to facilitate investigations into the murder.

According to Malaysian reports, the foreigner (Nigerian) was said to have hugged, kissed and exposed himself about 11am, to the 43-year-old woman who worked as a cleaner at Block 3 of the Venice Hills Condominium in Batu 9.

When some people said that we have no goverment in Nigeria we will start to attack the person, but then what is our goverment doing about this incessant killings in Malaysia and elsewhere? If you are a Nigerian whether abroad or at home you are on your own, period.
