When on June 14th 2011, the Prime minister (of England) David Cameron and his deputy, Nick Clegg and their television crew were paying a visit to a hospital, they got a stern telling off from a doctor who works there for disregarding hospital rules.

The doctor, a senior orthopedic surgeon was upset that members of the film crew and the PM and his deputy were ignoring hygiene rules aimed at preventing the spread of diseases. With this and following instructions both leaders removed their ties and rolled up their sleeves for a bedside chat with a patient. In turn they asked the film crew to leave and apologized.

What is the probability of this happening in Nigeria?

I think the honorable thing for the commissioner to do now would be to step down from his post  with the little dignity (if any) he has left.

He should also be investigated for domestic abuse. I have a feeling his wife is most probably a battered spouse.
