Apparently, it's the photo of a butchered woman, packed up and dumped in a gutter at the katampe area in Abuja FCT, very close to the PHCN mini station. From Adesiyakan Adegboyega. At the scene, there were some of the victim's clothes littered around. She probably travelled, got late to Abuja and was butchered by unknown people.
