The
issue here is the suspect killed a
human and must be held to
account. Worse for the suspect;
he had enough time to cool off after supposedly catching his
girlfriend and his cousin in the act.
The victim left and returned late in
the night - possibly hours after the
incident. That's enough cooling off
period... the suspect had enough time to cool off and restrain himself
but didn't. Within that time the
victim left the suspect and his
girlfriend could have gone to the
police. Also; I don't know if the suspect is
aware that some ladies do cry rape
when caught in the art with someone else. I am not alleging
that's what happened here but the
probability exist. we really need to think in this country.

Surrendering voluntarily to the
police does not mean a thing.

Within that time the victim left
the suspect and his girlfriend
could have gone to the police. Also; I don't know if the suspect
is aware that some ladies do
cry rape when caught in the art
with someone else. I am not
alleging that's what happened
here but the probability exist. Finally if the suspect's girlfriend
knew about the killing but
declined to report it to the police
then she too is in trouble with
the law.
