The 13th day of February,2011 was a bad day for ENUGU-BENUE expressway robbers.It was between the hours of 10:00A.M and 11:00A.M,the robbers were already in action robbing Passengers of a White 14-seater bus of their valuables when the convoy of a Fully Armed men of the Nigeria Prisons Armed Squad bursted them,on seeing the said Squad with sophisticated weapon of different kinds,they took to their heels into the Woods leaving their Prey to be Rescued. If not for the intervention,innocent travelers would have been robbed of their valuables because the fore-mentioned expressway is known for Daytime robbery according to a reliable source.
