And why do you care so much? are you invested in her life or her nuptials?  Having turn down a few proposals for my own reason I stand firm when I say husbands are easy to come by.  When the hell were men  ever precious gems that women had to go mining for one...spare me child.   Whether or not she chose to attend to her wedding or go to the interview will not ensure your pot goes on the fire, or your roof stays over your head.  Better to reserve all that energy for your own life.

Finding a husband in Nigeria is far easier than finding a job, so I think she made the right decision.   I am sure she discussed it with the groom beforehand and probably made arrangement with the minister to delay the wedding. Girl got her head screwed on right.

In most cases where married women have an abortion it normally is a joint decision between husband and wife.  Most times it is a choice made for economic reasons.  Gov't allocating sufficient funds to, and promoting family planning is a good move.  Providing the means for ppl to be able to have a livable income and a prosperous country will lower the rates even quicker. 

I am very proud of myself, I actually read it all.  I didn't think I would, but it was so well written and intriguing I could not stop reading.   I now have new respect for Igbo women if this is really what they have to contend with in their culture.  Thanks for the insight.

Who can attest to anything that they were not on site to witness?  Who can attest to the depth of the ocean that we see every day, who can attest to the number of cells in our body or how many strands of hair are on our head?  We cannot even attest to the things that are right before us in this physical world, how then can we attest to the things of the spiritual world.  I put no limits on God to be able to do anything.   How difficult is it for God to bring the dead back to life, isn't He the beginning and the end of all things and did He not exist before anything was?  I put no limits on the God I serve, sorry to disappoint, the God I serve can do any and all things even bring the dead back to life which is a simply feat when we consider the vastness of the cosmos.  There is NOTHING too hard for my God to do.  Even if I am a useless, wandering  lamb in the the sight of others, He has his own purpose for me and I thank Him everyday that I have lived to see his glory in my lifetime.  Yahweh Elyon forever and ever.

Crazy azz beotch...If her husband had escaped she would have enjoyed the fruits of his crime, now she want to kill the man because she didn't get money and jewellery, and the world knows that is how food has been going on their table.   These two were truly a match made in heaven they both have criminal minds.  I hope they repent and strive for a principled life going forward.  What a mess!

It has to sound contradictory because the very situation contradicts all logic.  How many ppl do you personally know who you know died and buried walking around a few days later?    Jesus himself said he was asleep, so I am using his own words in describing that experience, if he said he was simply sleeping, who am I to say he really was dead....LOL.    The use of the term death in our physical world means lack of a heart beat, so based on the physical world he was dead, in his own words,  he was asleep.  Make of it what you will, or ask the Creator for a divine interpretation which always yield the only true answer.
