Former lawmaker, Senator Dino Melaye has raised alarm over reports that President Muhammadu Buhari wants to choose his successor. According to Dino, Buhari is planning to impose a president on Nigerians which is unconstitutional. In a video he posted on his Instagram page today, Dino, who lost his bid to secure Peoples Democratic Party, PDP’s ticket to run for the Kogi West Senatorial District in 2023, said the country is practicing democracy and would not allow the imposition of a president.

My brother, He made no shit point. Dino melaye is a political conman. A clever political prostitute who always want to  belongs to any group where fatter meat is available. Flag bearer or a successor, it makes no difference. All the president asked for is to assist in finding a responsible person to replace him. If even he used the word "a flag bearer", and the flag bearer wins,  then he automatically becomes his successor. Dino melaye should go farming and stop talking nonsense
