The families of the victims dragged dangote to court and had to press for over one and half years before getting the green light in court and Dangote order to issue a public apology with 'minimal' compensation to families of the deceased.

Guy don't you know the law we practice ? the name of the company is DANGOTE, it was the company that was sued but Alhaji Aliko Dangote is the owner of the company. They did not say he caused it but his company has to pay the compensation.

Dangote should have settled this case before getting to this point. It is not a frivolous lawsuit.
