Mohammed, the son of Former Military President, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida, may be warming-up for 2015 governorship seat, Mohammed Babangida has said that, he would consider it an honour, if given the mandate to contribute positively to the development of his people in whatever capacity.
On Thursday evening, in an interactive session with journalists organised by the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC), held at Legbo Kutigi conference centre, he tactical approves of the offer by some politicians in the state, asking him to contest the governorship seat of the state in 2015. This agitation is coming ahead of plans by political gladiators in the state on whom to succeed the incumbent Governor, Mu’azu Babangida Aliyu
Mohammed however told journalists that, “There is only one 2015 which I consider a milestones in the journey of life. But for me generally, it is an honour for my name to come up in any forum that I could contribute positively to the development of my community, state and country. I would gladly do so”.
“Right now, I have not taken any decision, I am just going with the tide anticipating what it brings along” he added.
