Lover's corner: What pet name do you call him or her and why?

We all want to call our lovers a pet name - something different from their original names.  Gone are the days of sweetheart, honey and the likes (anyone in the house agree?)

As for me, what pet name do I call her?  I call her pinky.  Why?  Because she's got the pinkest lips ever,

So you all have to tell us what you call him or her and why you gave him or her that pet name.
