Whats so wrong in that ? If I may ask , does that look like boko haram uniform ? Or do we have a specific mood of dress for a public office holder ?

Yes, ajanni, he should not have dressed like a chief  or whatever to work, it is a disgrace to his position and the office period. He disrespected that office, unless they were having halloween party (then he can dress in halloween costume). Otherwise, what a disgrace to the office. I am very surprised that you do not know that there are dress codes for public officials. The dress codes are inside you work manual

that's a lie.. Sanusi belongs to the Kano emirate whose history can be traced to immigrants from saudi arabia..Theve settled in Nigeria for 100s of years and are indeed Nigerians.
2. when GEJ wears his trad dress, why dont u complain, or ken nnmamai etc.. Do white people wear our dresses? Yes its high time we leave the slave mentality. or u are jealous cos his dress is so elegant? Sanusi is a prince in the Kano emirate and normally he should be dressing like this and not in suits,...besides, no Constitution stops him from dressing as such neither does it stops his work

Prevention is better than cure, nobody has a boko haram written on their faces but if everybody been allows to wear something like these, how do u know who comes in as suicide bomber..

A lot of comments here are completely ignorant....am not holding brief for sanusi or his northern brovas but this whiteman slave mentality has got to leave our head.....if u dont know, the nigerian constitution fully supports his dressing....he is public servant and d constitution says any of the indegenous dressing can be used....i bet many of u dont knw d three main local languages are also acceptable in public sector establishments infact d various state assemblies can choose to conduct house proceedings in d native tongue....av been to banks in d north and many of dem do wear danshikis on days other dan fridays, talkmore of a government employee like sanusi...ever wondered why, jonathan appears in native wears and nt suits?...infact he shold be commended for being bold enuff to be himself while still doin an impressive job in cbn...sentiments aside, he's one of d best cbn govnors we ever had...hate him' or love him......

Nigger there is a difference between danshiki and a chieftaincy  dress, think before you write, who are you kidding?
