it not there fault,it is unijos authority that allow them,in my school in Lagos they no burn you well to dress like that and enter school premises ,security from main gate will send them back,this simply mean according to Yoruba adage that say that  a country that there is no law ,sin can never occur there,meaning ilu tio basofin ese kon si nibe.
