The first edition of the GODCOM show comes off at the National Theater in Accra on July 8.
The GODCOM show is a gospel entertainment programme that combines Christian songs, drama and comedy all on one stage and under one roof on one night.
This year’s edition will have performances from Cecelia Marfo, Lady Prempeh, Esther Piesie and many more.
The night also promises exciting drama from the School of Performing arts at the University of Ghana, Legon and also rib-cracking comedy from surprise acts.
“We believe Christianity is not supposed to be the practising of a religious set of rules alone but a time of liberty, righteousness and joy in the Holy Ghost and that’s unerringly what the Godcom show seeks to achieve,” organizers noted.
They said the GODCOM SHOW would be held annually and it was aimed at promoting unity, righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost.
On July 8 at the National Theater, the gates will open at 4pm and the show starts at 5pm.
Tickets are going for GH¢15 and they are on sale at Koala, Max Mart, and Batsona Total.
