18 years old child might not be a minor,the problem here isn't really the age,the problem is an instructor having a segxwal relationship with her student which is wrong even if the guy is 21

here in europe 18yrs old is already an adult. i believe the same law applys in america........she has done nothing wrong by having an affair with the chap.she should be left alone
