the blame should go to the minister of youth a man that dont want progress. after wat they told him, he stil insist dat they should go there. see how bad people are and to our bad luck that call him self good luck, if people are commanding him, he should control himself, because the president that rule the country in good his name will not b erase and the one that rule in worst he name will not b erase.
