people love the mix of traditional rap and mordern hip hop beats,sort of africa as in typical yoruba language and proverbs meets hip hop beats,he s also got the akon/wyclef thing going on in his music as well...and the actual message is great as well because its like a motivational lyrics for people that are down on their luck or in one situation or the other...it particularly appeals to me because the proverbs,the way the yoruba language s spoken and the whole mix is sorta what your old grand mother/father will tell you when advising u or calming u down when u r sad so theres the nostalgia as well...its realli deep i could go on and on...
