Please, I would like very realistic responses to this post....
Is it possible for a man to work under his wife in an organization, can they still build a family and maintain their professional relationship?
After work the woman have to come take care of the kids and the man (her husband).....
Share your thoughts - is this possible or impossible?

its possible but very rare..and i think its rare cos men find it hard to even think about working under their wives...its all about their egos..if they can both put their egos in check n the wife realizes that ikun lo mu eja kako...that he is still her hussie, and she stays respecting him...then things can work out perfectly!

Its possible ..... but the professionalism may faltered at their place of work. The woman may be the boss at their org. but notwithstanding there is not going to be any superiority on the part of the woman.

well for me i dnt like that kind of idea...i said No to it cos the question doesnt says that the woman is the owner of the ORG. the man must go out there n search for his own interest. He need to man up enough...cos He is always goin to b the Head of everything but not the tail. even if the woman is richer than him...he is always goin to b d head. this woman will always challenge him at the work place. wat if he make some kind of mistake that might take him to jail...wat will happen n u knw things must b done at the work place accordin to regulation. anything can happen. so i suggest he rule over others instead of lookin like "common co-workers"

i think it will be easier if the man is the boss. cos if the woman happens to be, its going to be very difficult for her to be able to play the role of a good and caring mother & wife . no matter how much she loves the man, she is still a woman & will always act like 1.

A real wife will not allow the husband to work under her. if its the wifes biz, the husband can be director, while the wife will be managing director, if its govt own, n the wife have the capacity to employ the husband, she shld as well hav connection to fix him in another minstry or commission but not under her.
Is better imagine than real cos men being what they are will misinterpret any action of her wife and some women being wat they are will like the whole world to know that she is n charge. so its never advisable and a right thinking woman will never try it cos it will Boomerang one day some time no matter how matured they are

It really is impossible for them to build up a family and maintain their professional relational bcos ladies boss will alway have d impression dat she can boss, even at home. I would have prefer d woman working under d man, so in dat way she is under d man. Being realistic, it only possible 5-10% out of every woman.

absolutely yes....if they r ready to shift ground for each other... separate office 4rm home nd home 4rm office it is very workable....but needs alot of understanding nd compromise. respect for each at all times
