i think it will be easier if the man is the boss. cos if the woman happens to be,
its going to be very difficult for her to be able to play the role of a good and caring mother & wife .
no matter how much she loves the man, she is still a woman & will always act like 1.

STRIKE TWO !!! THIS VIV IS IT.

Please, I would like very realistic responses to this post....

Is it possible for a man to work under his wife in an organization, can they still build a family and maintain their professional relationship?

After work the woman have to come take care of the kids and the man (her husband).....

Share your thoughts  - is this possible or impossible?

its possible...as long as u think and stay positive abt work...don't let ur marriage come in between the job...

well!  well! well! in my own opinion i think it is not a good idea for the man and the wife to work in the same org, with the woman being the head or boss as the case may be because of the followings reasons:

- Professional it is wrong because they could combined and carry out fraud.
- There is no way the woman will accord the man his respect while at work because of her position.
- When the man makes an unintentional mistake, the org. expects the woman to take action, and she must do so.... and that will be a slap on the man's face..... so any man who wants to work should get his job else way, not where his wife works...

To be candid there is no way it will work out, when we talk about an organization, for it to move very well without an itch there must be alot of respect and humility. for men who we are is gonna be difficult at a point for the man to b submisive to the wife @ that level and also the wife is gonna find it difficult to pass some kind of instruction to the husband. Human @ sometime need dicipline for jobs to move, who is to dicinpline who?

proper organisation would not allow it. To management, they are of the perception that spouses working in same organsiaton could result into distractions and imbalance in an organsiation. Even business experts confirm same.
