Members (INTERESTED) can also tell if the said Month for the event is OK. if its not.. you can as well say when.. and as time goes on..when all arrangements have been made and put in place (i.e: if members comply) Venue , Date & Time wont be made known to the public cos of BOKO HARAM... but ..will be sent to interested members for the event..
