Did you said they do not deserve such amount?? hmmm have you been to Niger Delta before?Okay Let me tip you a lil bit. Niger Deltans feed only by the food they bought from outside cos their lands are filled with oil and they cant cultivate and when they do they would harvest NOTHING cos oiled land wouldn't produce any crops understand?
If you ask how many niger deltans  are benefiting from the fund then u are tallking some sense, but  i believe they will let the poor and youths to benefit from the fund too. But NEVER ask for what purppose are they receiving such amount, and stop using the word ASERI is JONATHANS friend.
