Last time OBJ said he left office without any dept, and now gej want to attract more depts before he gambles out after all the lootings and according to poster...The contracts for the construction of the five airports have a lifespan of 24 months. The projects are to be executed with a concessionary loan of 22 years with 5 years moratorium at an interest rate of 2 percent. meaning after he has left office, the new gorverment will be talking about how to clear an old depts.....corrupt leaders shame on you.....
