  Children become blessing only when you take care of them till they are grown ups,not leaving them to their fate,onto the street when they are still tender.That is why Africans continue to be poor.We,out of ignorance,give birth to the kids,fully aware we don,t have the money and the means to take care of them.We leave them to their fate only for them to go and join groups like boko haram,taleban,armed robbers because they must also survive.The one child policy in China must be introduced in Africa too
