Please kindly correct  your statement about  council flats in UK. Council flats are given to people who are on low income  and needs help with housing . It is not  for foreigners.

Please explain to the illiterate post, even though I do not live in a council flat I know many people who have brought them, he is upset because his dad can't even afford to rent one, prbly his ten year salary equals the monthly rent. Grin
