i dont understand why some people are blaming the landlady,,,,,if the man is dead why did his wife continue living in that house when she know she cant be able to pay,if the landlady owned the man wount his entire relatives come to ask the landlady to pay up?let us be matured and ask the wife to pay the money or beg the landlady to have mercy on her,it will be more matured than trying to get simparty from public by saying that her husband died 8yrs

The magistrate will strike out the case in the next meeting, as long as the widow woman will prove that her husband died years ago, if your the magistrate would impose such payment on a widow ? don't you have a conscience ?

 If the rental unit was still in the name of the deceased…yes he or she could be sued…. the estate of the deceased will now be responsible…and the case may even end up in a probate court…..This should be no surprise…It is just like people or dependants  fighting over a Will…. no difference….but I can understand why some might say it is crazy…..…..ask the tax department they do it a lot....

Therefore even if one is dead his debt is not dead…. It is all about money that’s what capitalism is all about..
