Having Plastic/Cosmetic surgery is sending a message to God that you're ungrateful & don't accept the way he naturally created you. If it was plastic surgery to treat an illness/deformity, tumor, & other major health factors then that'll be different. 
The most commonly performed cosmetic procedures are Bosom  augmentation/lifts, liposuction, facelifts, eyelid lifts, buttock and other body lifts, leg vein treatments, botox/fat injections, & nose and face reshaping. When vanity motivates a person to undergo surgery, he/she has become his/her own idol. It is far better to work on beautifying the person underneath, (inside you) the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight” (1 Peter 3:4).

The only thing that is a sin is not loving your neighbour and not loving God. Being gay is not a sin. Gays were created by God.

By the way ppl arnt born to be gay. God didn't create ppl to be gay. If so he wouldn't have made man & woman together. It's an individual decision. God created us in his own image.

Do you honestly think gays made the choice to be that way? It's like being short or tall, black or white. Leave gays to live their life. I have seen real evil, not homosegxwality (I dont support gay marriage though). God created us differently. Forget Sodom and follow the love Jesus our saviour taught us, and you will never go astray.

This is why i have always said most Nigerians, even educated ones are still illiterate and stupid. Who still go to this kind of church? A man that said he wont remarry but surely will keep having sex with different kinda woman, A man that said tattooing and plastic surgery isn't a sin? He probably would say having sex before marriage is not a sin too? Going to morden churches in Nigeria is merely WASTE of time
