She is not ready for an exchange programme...I don't even want to read the whole story...We give foreigners too much attention(care) and that is why she thinks she special because she has never been treated the way she has probably been treated in Nigeria..she is just a student like every other students there in Unilag..Let her get any accommodation that suits her,if she can pay for a 5 star hotel for a year let her rent it, this shouldn't be a problem ..the school has offered her what they have for her, rejecting it is no one's  problem....I have friends who went for exchange programmes and social works in Countries like Senegal and they never complain of anything, everything they did and saw there gave them another chance of different lifestyle,I am sure where they lived in those countries were not so comfortable like where they live here.... Brazilians are dump idiots that wants to live high class lifestyle even if they will struggle to live it..
