That superintendent of police is the thief. I'm sure he knows something about selling the uniform. As a police officer, how come he didn't worry about why officers would already be wearing a uniform not yet issued?
NIGERIA IS STRANGE...IN EVERY OTHER COUNTRY, CAMOUFLAGE IS WORN MOSTLY BY JUNIOR OFFICERS. Everything in naija is upside down.

Abeg make Patrick Obahiagbon talk for this issue since this naija police force no dey hear normal english.
Police wey no see money take chop na una say make dem go buy new camouflage. They will definitely recover the cost of these uniforms from bribe. Useless set of animals in camouflage. Mtcheeeeew
