d man must be stupid and not responsible, i think he needed serious deliverance b4 taking to 20 yrs imprisonment even the small girlin question, whether by force or not i will advise tat the girl will go for deliverance also.

did the girl say she was raped? did you know that even your sharia courts approve of a man of 50yrs marrying a girl of 11 yrs? have you checked the girl's family if she is not from a parent that made sex a lifestle? have u wondered if she did not get pregnant would anybody know about such an ugly affair? it is a crime against children and the society but the girl's parent should explain how an 11 yr old girl got involved in sex.
