I'm missing something here. The video has footage of a base and soldiers digging but at what point did the UN cause the outbreak? Cholera is always a problem with polluted water and I don't know how an outbreak can be specifically blamed on one source.

The point I made was that (1) the Al-Jazeera report was so badly put together that it didn't support its conclusions, and (2) the cause of the outbreak was bad management of the Nepalese base, not some pointless and bizarre UN plot as the OP seemed to be implying.
