Who is the best dancer? Essien, Adebayor, Ballack and Cisse go toe-to-toe

Michael Ballack may be the best footballer of the lot, but he's definitely the worst dancer.

The German international looked rather awkward as he strutted his stuff on stage - he's more used to doing it in the center of midfield.

This video was shot at an event put on by Michael Essien before his Game of Hope match, which raised money for charity.

It saw an Africa XI beat a World XI and that was the case on the dance floor too, with Essien (Ghana) and Emmanuel Adebayor (Togo) out dancing Djibril Cisse (France) and Ballack (Germany).

Adebayor was probably the best of them, supremely confident and co-ordinated... Essien put up a good showing on his home turf too.

Cisse was enthusiastic but also seemed to be mildly embarrassed... and Ballack... well, see for yourself.
