@ poster, where did you hear that US & UK threatened to withdraw from African countries that did not accept homosegxwality? They cannot afford to do that in this interdependent age and would not make such idle threat. Of course homosegxwality is a deviant human conduct that even animals do not practice. It is not a right!

What 2 consensual adults do in their bedrooms is no one else's business! It does not affect any one else's rights or livelihood. Just because you are attracted to the opposite sex doesn't mean everyone else feels the same way you do. We are not in their shoes and we should not decide how they should or should not live their lives, especially if it's not affecting anyone else!
And the thing about it being un-African is one of the most primitive statements I've heard! Forget about Africa now, what is in-HUMANE is taking away someone's right to enjoy the same kind of happiness you are!
