WHY SHOULD THE NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT CARE ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY SYSTEM AND UNIVERSITY INFRASTRUCTURE IN NIGERIA? THEY WONT, BECAUSE ALL THEIR CHILDREN ARE IN EUROPE AND AMERICA STUDYING UNDER GOOD AND CONDUCIVE CONDITIONS WITH THE MONEY THEY STEAL EACH DAY FROM GOVERNMENT ACCOUNTS. INHUMANE AND WEAK GOVERNMENT WITHOUT HUMAN CONSCIENCE.
