The policeman caught on tape demanding bribe has been arrested

Just heard that the policeman (pictured above) caught on tape trying to obtain N25k from a motorist has been arrested by the Nigerian police. You believe it? The police claimed via a Facebook post that the erring police officer, whose name they didn't make public, is awaiting an “orderly room trial;

The police said the officer is a sergeant attached to the Lagos State Command Motor Traffic Division.

what about the oga he called they should locate his number and put him down too useless people in western world if there police is not happy with there payment they will go on protest and strike drop cases threading to free criminal then the government will have to think about it but in Nigeria the police have to go and steal from the poor citizen they where supposed to protect

Good start to combating police corruption. When will the same thing be extended to include airport officials?

Currently, they are neck and neck with the Nigeria police in portraying our country in a bad light!

You are arresting the front man. What of the oga he was calling to book the guy? That's the problem. We cut the branches hoping the tree will disappear but that isn't the case

He was not calling any oga,all na gra gra to make the man pay the 25K.The problem with this black and black Policemen is that when you plead with them,they will never agree,they will be acting like God.Now it is his time to plead for his job.Nonsense.What goes around comes around.
