Though the social media did a great job in exposing the policeman who was caught on camera collecting N25, 000 bribe from a motorist, the policemen have retaliated by attacking their so called boss, Mohammed Abubabar for collecting N5,500 from their monthly salary without their consent.

Some of the policemen welcomed the idea but added that the IG is fighting corruption while himself is corrupt.

Others  said collecting their money without their consent is an act of corruption itself and request their boss to refund the money. They also revealed that, there is an indication to continuously deduct the money without explanations.

A policeman explained that  such an act can lead some policemen to taken bride as the meager salaries they are  being paid is  not enough let alone deducting extra N5,500 from it..
