First Photos Of Kim Kardashian & Baby North West Since She Gave Birth

Kim Kardashian famously known as a woman who courts publicity & loves being photographed has been surprisingly under the radar since giving birth 2 months ago. Some say she is trying to get her pre pregnancy body back and would rather die than be photographed fat others say Kanye West has her on a tight leash. Whatever the reason this staying out of the public eye is very uncharacteristic of Kim.



Until now that is! TMZ spotted her a few hours ago as she, her baby daddy, little North & a nanny made a trip to the doctors office in Beverly Hills.



North was covered up the entire time. So sorry..still no picture of North West’s face. But Kim looks healthy. Its so great to see her in baggy clothes, no makeup, extensions or heels on.
