Those who are saying...'no one helped him'...did you realize how difficult it will be to help someone in that situation without putting yourself in harms way?

A lot people standing there surely must have anticipated helping the guy but must have scuttle the intention of acting it out because of the risk involved.

Wey person time come to go home or answer that Call, nothing will prevent it...a case in point is the recent Asiana plane crash in San Francisco, one of the sixteen year teen that survived and was ejected from the Plane got ran over by the same emergency truck rushing to the scene to help them...
