"How I Lost Weight" - Ngozi Ezeonu

Ngozi Ezeonu looked remarkably different when she stepped out at movie premiere event over the weekend.

She looked quite young and had lost so much of the weight people knew her with which began to raise questions including the possibility of whether she is sick.

In a quick interview however, Ngozi has rebuffed all such suggestions and explained how she managed to pull off cutting down on her weight:

I am not sick, I have been battling with my weight for ten years and have finally achieved what I want. I am not sick. It is my choice to lose some weight and I pulled it off. I feel good losing weight, it takes a lot of discipline.

How did you pull it off?

I cut off eating a lot of things, I was addicted to coca cola, juice and I cut off all that. I also stopped eating banana altogether, it took a lot of discipline. I stopped eating too much carbohydrates and I eat more proteins and a lot of veggies…a lot.



So you are not ill?

I wonder why they think I am ill when my skin is glowing and when I feel good. When people are used to seeing you looking fat and they see all the fat gone, their eyes plays tricks on them.

What is the secret of your glowing skin?

I didn’t do anything. I don’t do facials, I don’t even have a cleanser. I just drink lots of water and don’t forget I am light skinned.

Dnt mind pple jare. dont dey know dat fat comes with illness like  high bp, diabetes and stroke? Its your choice to loose d weight so let it remain so as long as nobody is feeding u. and u  look younger by d way. dats every woman's dream regardless of her age. fat makkes u look older. u can ask j.lo, halle berry and co. U shud always look hot no matter ur age.
