Seyi, a Senior Secondary School One (SSS 1) student of a private model school in Akure was found by his younger siblings in their home last Thursday in a pool of his own blood. He was the son of Solomon Adelegan, the National President of the Amalgamated Union of Public Corporation, Civil Service Technical and Recreational Services (AUPCTRE). Chief Adelegan is also a former Chairman of the Joint Public Service Negotiating Council (JNC) in Ondo State.
When SaharaReporters visited the area, residents were wearing sorrowful faces over the tragedy.
Sources said the assailants were corporately attired as they stormed the building which is located at one end of Ijoka Road.
