Dangote Builds N2 BILLION World-Class 1,000-Bed Capacity Hospital in Kano...!!! (Page 3)

Great news for a good Nigerian,   but a   N2 BILLION Hospital can never be a world class, you can tell that to people who lives in Nigeria, we are talking about naira here? How much is two billion naira to dollar / euro/   couple of hospital equipments can cost that amount anyway.
