Father And Daughter Arrested By Police For Intimacy (VIDEO)

A 28-year old man named Kelcey Nicholas and his step-daughter 18-year old daughter, Lataura Jarrett, have been arrested by the police and charged with incest for having segxwal relationship with each other even though they are not related by blood but they are both over the age of consent....


The two reportedly face 15 years jail term. Kelcey married Lataura's mother about 5-years ago and authorities confirmed that she calls Kelcey 'father'.

Mr. James ‘P.K.’ Milam, Hopkins who is the Prosecuting Attorney clarifies the definition of daughter in West Virginia law; According to the state law, a daughter is the natural daughter of a person’s husband or wife — and Kelcey Nicholas is still Jarrett’s mother husband, Hopkins said
