Gov. Chime In Scotland For Son's Graduation | See Photos

Enugu state Governor, Sullivan Chime, was in Scotland today to attend his second son's masters graduation from the University of Glasglow. Tochukwu Arinze Chime is Gov Chime's son with his first wife before he married Clara Chime.
