Musicians and performers are known to go to extreme heights to keep their viewers entertained.



However, in this photo, it's hard to tell if our energetic and pregnant singer, Ciara, is going with the flow; should this be considered part of the act or just pushing things a little too far?

One doesn't have to be a doctor to know this stunt is pretty dangerous though. What do you think?
