The normal one, u can get it done @ a hospital or u can buy those do it @ home kits, its super easy, it says "Colon hydrotherapy" on the box. You lose weight and inches.

TRY SLEEPING FACING DOWN & UR TOMMY FLAT ON THE BED. BUT DNT TRY ANYTHING STUPID JUST DONT ALLOW GAS TO FILL UR STOMACH, CONSUME MUCH WATER ESP. IN THE DAY TIME, EAT LESS FOOD & MORE FRUITS & ABOVE ALL STOP LISTENING TO WHAT PPLE ARE SAYING,LEARN TO APPRECIATE URSELF. GOODLUCK. LOL
