my tommy is big n evry 1 is complaing including my boyfriend n my birthday is on  16th i need to reduc it b4 then

Lie with your back on the floor, cling your two legs on the wall. Swing your body. Do lt every morning as you wake up from bed, Or ln the evening before going to bed. Note: The first two days, Or the first week will be painful. Your belle will be paining you as lf someone launched some punches on your belle. lf you could withstand the pains, You'll sure see the change. Good luck!

Sit-ups, and crunches. Cut back on food and alcohlol majorly. U could fast for 3days straight while doing the first two if U can manage that.
