I do agree Nigerian banks give their marketers very huge targets.
but thats logical for a financial institution that wants to grow larger

However if a banker chooses to sleep around to acheive her targets thats her own resolve.
It's same thing with a lady sleeping herway to the top in anyother feild or art.
That is an act of will and persons involved have no right to blame it on any one other than themselves
