As i young single dude - I might checkout the short haired black chick first - but honestly i would check some other things first before checking the hair.... I might want to go from inside -> out -- rather than from outside -> in..

In my opinion, girls that wear their hair short and natural are usually bold. That can be scary in a way, but then again it usually is just my imaginations. in any case I'm more likely to take the back seat with such and let her take the lead. lolz
Those who wear their hair long seem a lot easier to approach. In the long run they mostly tend to be less interesting though cos they probably are used to too many guys doing the "work" that they just dont know much.
Last last sha as much as the gilrs hardly ever believe it, I like most other guys would rather Ur hair were just worn naturally.. I mean without all the extentions and wigs and weavons. just Ur hair neatly styled and well cared for.
