Alhaji Sanusi Ado Bayero has been choosen as the new EMIR for kano

 THE first son of the late emir of kano has been chosen as the new emir designate to replace his late father who ruled for 51 years
born on april 1 1956 ,
A lawyer by profession
he became state counsel in the ministry of justice Gidan Murtala, kano in 1985
he also served as director general , kano state council  of chiefs 1991 to 93
director general  special duties in kano state government 1993 to 1996
between 1996 to 2000, he was permanent secretary kano state minisrty of information. youth and culture
he became the chairman of city walls and gates in 1995. the position he still occupies in addition to serving as a director of Briscoe Nig LTD and international energy insurance plc
