what are the criteria you are using in accessing decency in girls? I think virgity should not be use to judge the level of decency in girls. there are many victims of circumstances which are not virgin but still they are far decent even more than so call virgin. like i use to say, gilrs virginity is not their dignity but how much they can cope with their segxwal libido even after their misfortune. neophill
