My Girl Friend is a Virgin and she is very decent. Being a virgin really counts but to an extent, for a girl to be a Virgin, it means she has made up her mind not to, thats determination. Anyone who has that kind of determination has really tried and she has the ability to control herself from doing some nonsense. Anyone virgin can decide anyday to stop some bad acts.

never,that a person is virgin does not mean the person is decentdecency has to do with your intergrity,having a strong moral principle,having a high moral standard and that is not all about been a virgin for Christ Sake.
