Quote from: Foxtroft on 16-08-2014 02:52 AM Everybody shut up. Nobody is a saint and most of you on this thread are no exceptions. Whether N4 billion or N400,000, rule in those countries is that the money you make there have to be spent there, except that you can take out some certain percentage. Am really sure that most of you living abroad send money home regularly for one project or the other through Western union. Therefore most of u are breaking the rule too. In the case of Bishop Oyedepo, the money is huge and is for the ministry. Most people including the pastors are not following this rule and most of you are not too. Remove the log of wood in your own eyes first before removing speck in somebody's eyes I think you should be the one to shut up and listen to the voice of reason. Just do us one favour: take out your humongous head out of his a*s so you can think properly. It appears your head is stuck there, reason why you have no common sense at all. Again, stop spewing ignorance and asininity on this forum with your meaningless explications because no one is interested. The likes of you are those who will give everything they have to "so-called" men of God and go home empty handed saying "after all I have given it to men of God". You even have the temerity to ask people to shut up when it's glaring you have fallen way deeper than thought. Ewu Akosombo!

Quote from: enestic on 16-08-2014 12:47 PM Mind how you castigate Men of God,atimes must problems u encounter come to u by the wrong use of words.Bishop Oyedepo cannot trick anybody whatever he preaches has backing from the scripture and from God he has liberated his followers and listeners from his teachings .i don't care wat the UK are saying but I believe one day this same people will come to Shiloh for liberation. One word: Ignorance! In this day and age, no one is really moved by your advocacy for men of God neither are people swayed by such messages. People are becoming wiser by the day and so please stop sermonizing because no one is interested. On the last day, even this your "BISHOP" will stand before the throne of God to account for his deeds on earth, so are you. Men of God this, men of God that and yet they are busy extorting money from the poor to enrich themselves! I don't give a hoot who they are. After all, we are men and women of God or aren't we?

It's good to enlighten people that are dim, but you do it discretly so those who choose to see may see ![]() Years back, they were on Ashimolowo's neck and by the time they found his account clean, he was at the Winsor with the Queen, he was respected and accepted.......LOL In Oyedepo's case, if the negotiation is right and cool percentage is agreed, they should lift the ban..... eventually. Step back and take a look at the big picture here. ReplyUK is not unknown for going after Christian religious leaders being a hotbed of fanaticism on account of some other religions. It ironical that the same Great Britain came here to evangelize Africa and re-culture the collective psyche of our forebears with the same gospel they are now castigating now that their economy is in recession while being largely powered by extreme taxation and Arab petro-dollars. I'd submit that its a money-grab, pure and simple! It must be baffling to an increasingly secularized, atheistic British leaadership how Africans could so tenaciously hold on to faith in God in the face of such daily living odds as is obtainable in the Britain of today. Government believes that that money should be somehow re-directed back into its own coffers else they would not be tampering with the people's right to believe whatever they want. Its on record that Wicca (Reformed Witchcraft ) is on the rise in UK as well as other religious movements like Buddhism, Satanism etc along with their hexes, spells, rituals, chanting, black masses etc so why the unnecessary hassles for peace loving pentecostal christians? Open your eyes and look beyond the smoke-screens, there's more to this than meets the eye!

Do you literally think you are talking to toddlers on this forum? Do pastors need to surrender their members at gun point before you know they extort money from the same members? You ignominiously had to bring up Jesus feeding five thousand men just to corroborate your asinine point. Jesus fed the poor satisfactorily and never sent them away hungry. In fact, the boy who offered to give what he had swam in opulence all the days of his life. Compare the same situation today! Now, what is your Bishop doing to the poor? All he does is cajole and extort from them, while they become poorer by the day. I know you are his member, but you might as well sell your house or car if you even have one and give him all the proceeds, nobody bloody cares. However, do not bring your ignorance here trying to make your case somewhat plausible and credible because people aren't interested. The likes of you just wallow in obscurity and just follow so-called men of God sheepishly. Aturu Ghana!
